Goodwin Manufacturing will NEVER divulge any personal information about our customers or web site visitors to third party advertisers.
PERIOD, NO EXCEPTIONS.
       

Damages:
Should you lamp arrive damaged please notify our Customer Service Department immediately (800-282-5267) for instructions. Retain all cartons, inserts and foam fillers should return to our factory be necessary. Our responsibility ends when the carrier picks up the product from our facility. Claims for damages must be made with UPS or the carrier. Our customer Service Department will assist you in this procedure.

       
Shipping Procedures:
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Goodwin Manufacturing ships all packages UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by you the customer.
       
COD Shipping:
If you would like your item(s) shipped COD, there will be a fee of $6.00 added to your order.
       
Delivery Time:
Normal ground UPS delivery time averages 5 to 7 business days once your item(s) leave our facility. In case of a backorder you will be notified by email when your order is expected to ship.

Goodwin Manufacturing offers Express (Next Day Air) Shipping. An additional charge for this service will be determined by product and weight if you require we utilize this service. Please contact the customer service department for a rate quote prior to placing the order.
       

Return Policy:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H), provided the item is returned within 15 days from the date of shipment and is in its original carton.

To return an item, Goodwin Manufacturing will issue return item(s) authorization number for any and all items being returned to our factory. Please call 800-282-5267 for your authorization number. Please return the item(s) in the same packing carton it was shipped in to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice along with a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s) and your preference for exchange or refund. If you no longer have your invoice, please include your full name, address and order number, if possible. You the customer are fully responsible for the shipping charges for the returned item(s). There will be a restocking /packaging charge for all item(s) returned that require a new container for reshipping. The fee will be $12.50 per lamp box.

       

Product Warranty:
Goodwin Manufacturing Corporation warrants all units to be free of defective materials or factory workmanship and will repair or replace this unit or any part thereof if it proves defective in normal use or service within 5 (Five) years from the date of original purchase. In order to receive the benefit of this warranty, the owner must promptly register it, by filling in and mailing the attached or enclosed warranty registration card.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing the defective component when it is returned, transportation prepaid, to Goodwin Manufacturing Corp. This warranty will be considered void if the unit is tampered with, subjected to misuse, negligence or accidental damage.
